My coworker Lori makes this salad whenever she is in charge of Friday breakfast and we all absolutely love it...and its so easy. Absolutely no cooking required, so its terrific during the warm summer months.

  1. 2 (10 ounce) bags baby spinach
  2. 2 bananas, sliced
  3. 12 lighthearted strawberries, sliced
  4. 1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  5. u00bd cup dried cranberries
  6. u00bd cup pine nuts
  7. 1 cup poppy seed salad dressing

  1. Place spinach in a large bowl. Arrange bananas, strawberries, mandarin oranges, cranberries, and pine nuts in relation to top. Toss following poppy seed dressing further on serving.
